This is a great opportunity to work with Jude in a small group setting

Or maybe you feel stuck, or depressed, or anxious, or super stressed. Or not motivated or you are the world's No 1 procrastinator!
Or maybe you are too fat, too thin, drink too much, or don't exercise enough.
